We want every Drivify experience to be excellent. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it.

Cancellations by Customer

Cancellations by Provider

If a provider cancels your booking, you will receive a 100% refund automatically. We will also prioritize rebooking you with another available provider.

Vehicle Damage

If a provider causes damage to your vehicle, please:

All Drivify providers are required to carry their own liability insurance. Claims for damage beyond normal service wear may need to be processed through the provider's insurance.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
