Drivify App LLC ("Drivify," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), website at drivifyapp.com (the "Website"), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
When you book a service, we share relevant information (your name, service location, vehicle details, and contact information) with the Provider assigned to your booking so they can perform the requested service.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order; protect and defend the rights or property of Drivify; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing; or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
When you receive or respond to SMS messages from Drivify, we collect your phone number, message content (sent and received), delivery status and timestamps, and opt-in and opt-out preferences.
SMS data is used solely for delivering transactional messages related to your bookings, sending information you requested (e.g., sign-up links after phone conversations), account verification and security, and promotional messages (only with your consent).
We do not sell, share, or use your phone number or SMS data for third-party marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS content are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you.
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@drivifyapp.com. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
Drivify uses AI-powered systems for certain communications, including outbound phone calls to prospective service providers and automated message generation. AI-assisted calls are conducted by virtual agents that identify themselves and the purpose of the call.
AI-powered calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Call recordings, transcripts, and extracted data (such as expressed interest, preferred callback times, and objections) are stored securely and used solely for Platform operations.
If you receive an AI-powered call from Drivify, you may request to be removed from our call list at any time during the call. Removal requests are honored within 24 hours. You may request a human callback instead of interacting with an AI agent.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records as required by applicable law.
When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time through the App settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at support@drivifyapp.com.
You may disable location services through your device settings. Note that disabling location services may limit certain features of the Platform, including the ability to book services and track Providers in real time.
You may opt out of push notifications through your device settings. Disabling push notifications will not affect transactional notifications related to active bookings.
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email, or by adjusting your notification preferences in the App. You may opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP. You will continue to receive transactional communications.
To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us at privacy@drivifyapp.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to promptly delete such information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@drivifyapp.com.
Our Website and App may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences and settings, analyze traffic and usage patterns, deliver and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and provide personalized content and recommendations.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Website.
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze usage information. These third parties may use this information to evaluate your use of the Platform, compile statistical reports, and provide related services.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. The Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this Policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Drivify is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. For significant changes, we may also send you a notification through the App or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
