Vehicle information: Make, model, year, color, license plate (for service providers to identify your car)
Location data: Your location when you use the app, to find nearby providers and route them to you
Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your full card number
Usage data: App interactions, booking history, and reviews
Device information: Device type, OS version, push notification token

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Drivify platform
To match you with service providers in your area
To process payments and send receipts
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and support messages
To detect fraud and maintain platform safety
To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary:

With providers: Your name, address, and vehicle info are shared with your booked provider to complete the service
Stripe: Payment processing — governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
Twilio: SMS verification — governed by Twilio's privacy policy
Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety of users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Location Data

We collect location data while you use the app to show nearby providers and enable real-time tracking. You can disable location access in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@drivifyapp.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Drivify is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@drivifyapp.com.
