Welcome to Drivify. By downloading our app or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Drivify is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking car care services (such as washing, detailing, and related automotive services) with independent service providers. Drivify does not itself provide car care services; we facilitate connections between customers and providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Drivify. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@drivifyapp.com. Drivify is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
When you book a service through Drivify, you agree to pay the listed price for that service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card is authorized at booking and charged only upon job completion. A platform fee of up to 15% is included in the displayed price.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In general, cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Providers on Drivify are independent contractors, not employees of Drivify. Drivify screens providers before approval but does not guarantee the quality of any particular service. Providers agree to maintain appropriate insurance, conduct themselves professionally, and deliver services as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drivify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including any damage to your vehicle caused by a provider. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of Drivify shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Drivify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
