Provider Application

Drivify App LLC ("Drivify," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Provider Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Drivify Provider mobile application (the "Provider App"), website at drivifyapp.com (the "Website"), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") as a registered service provider ("Provider," "you," or "your").
This Privacy Policy is separate from our Customer Privacy Policy. If you also use the Platform as a Customer, the Customer Privacy Policy applies to that use.
By creating a Provider account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information in the following circumstances:
When you accept a Booking, Customers can see your Provider name (or business name), profile photo, service category, star rating and review count, real-time GPS location (while en route and during service), estimated arrival time, and Founding Member badge (if applicable). Customers do NOT see your home address, phone number, email, banking details, background check results, or earnings.
We are legally required to report your earnings to the IRS and applicable state tax authorities. We share your name, tax identification number (SSN or EIN), address, and total annual earnings. You will receive copies of all tax forms issued.
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or in good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or property of Drivify, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, or protect the safety of users or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or control.
When you receive or respond to SMS messages from Drivify, we collect your phone number, message content (sent and received), delivery status and timestamps, and opt-in and opt-out preferences.
SMS data is used solely for delivering Booking notifications and operational messages, sending sign-up links and onboarding information, payout confirmations, account verification and security, and promotional messages (only with your consent).
We do not sell, share, or use your phone number or SMS data for third-party marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS content are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you.
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@drivifyapp.com. You may not opt out of transactional and operational messages (Booking notifications, payout confirmations, security alerts) while your account is active. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
GPS tracking is active when you have an active Booking and are en route to a Customer, when you are actively providing a service, and when you have Location Services enabled in the Provider App (for receiving Booking notifications in your service area).
Customers see your real-time location only during active Bookings (from acceptance through service completion). Drivify can access your historical location data for dispute resolution, fraud detection, and analytics.
Real-time GPS data associated with Bookings is retained for 1 year after Booking completion. After 1 year, GPS data is deleted or anonymized. You may disable Location Services when not on a Booking, but you will not receive Booking notifications without Location Services enabled.
Background checks are conducted by third-party providers and may include criminal history records, driving history and motor vehicle records, sex offender registry results, and identity verification outcomes.
Background check data is used solely to determine your eligibility to provide services on the Platform. Results are reviewed during onboarding and may be periodically re-checked.
Background check results are retained securely per the background check provider's requirements and applicable law. You may request a copy of your background check results by contacting support@drivifyapp.com. If your application is denied based on background check results, you will be notified and may dispute inaccurate information directly with the background check provider.
We collect your bank account number and routing number (for direct deposit), tax identification number (SSN or EIN), and all transaction records (Bookings, earnings, tips, refunds, chargebacks).
Your banking information is stored and processed by Stripe Connect, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Drivify does not directly store your full bank account number — it is held securely by Stripe. Access to financial data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We are legally required to report your annual earnings to the IRS and applicable state tax authorities if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. You will receive Form 1099-K and/or Form 1099-NEC by January 31 of the following year.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:
No system is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time through the Provider App settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact support@drivifyapp.com.
You may request an export of your service history, earnings statements, and account data by contacting support@drivifyapp.com.
You may disable Location Services when not on an active Booking through your device settings. Disabling location services will prevent you from receiving Booking notifications.
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any promotional email. You may opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP. You may adjust push notification preferences in your device settings.
To exercise your CCPA rights, email privacy@drivifyapp.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity before processing.

You may request data deletion after account deactivation, but some data may be retained for legal compliance as noted above.
Our Website and Provider App may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences and settings, analyze traffic and usage patterns, and provide personalized content and recommendations.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Website.
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze usage information. These third parties may use this information to evaluate your use of the Platform, compile statistical reports, and provide related services.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. The Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this Policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform, updating the "Effective Date," and sending email or in-app notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
